What exactly do I get?

Does this work in Germany / the EU?

Yes. We work with clients in Germany and across Europe, and we guide you through the whole setup in German if you prefer.

What do I need?

A social account with at least 10,000 followers (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or X), access to that account, and a little time to complete the steps with our guidance.

What if it doesn't work?

If your profile isn’t visible within 30 days of payment and you completed all steps using our instructions, we refund your setup fee in full. Just request it within those 30 days. Once your profile has been visible, the guarantee is fulfilled.

Do I need followers?

1. What the guarantee covers

The guarantee starts on the day of your payment and runs for 30 days. If your Google search profile has not become visible on Google within these 30 days, we refund your setup fee in full. “Visible” means: your profile appears when your name is searched on Google.

The guarantee is about getting visible. As soon as your profile has been visible once, the guarantee is fulfilled and ends. It does not cover the profile staying visible afterwards.

2. Conditions

The guarantee only applies if you:

  • completed all steps using our instructions, including the confirmation steps you do yourself;
  • gave true and correct information, including your name and the social account you use;
  • actually have at least 10,000 followers on the eligible account you named (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or X) at the time of ordering;
  • did not delete, rename, restrict or set to private the accounts involved before your profile became visible.

If steps were not completed, or were done differently from our instructions, there is no refund.

3. How to claim a refund

Contact us via chat, WhatsApp or email within the 30 days after your payment. Send your name and a screenshot of the Google search for your name. Requests after day 30 are not covered. If approved, you get your setup fee back to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. When the guarantee does not apply

  • your profile has already been visible at any point;
  • steps were not completed or not done according to our instructions;
  • false, incomplete or misleading information;
  • an account is restricted or blocked by a platform or by Google because of your own actions;
  • you start a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first.

5. What the guarantee does not cover

The guarantee covers getting your profile visible only. Credibility, enquiries, bookings, sales or brand deals are possible benefits, not guaranteed results. We do not create content, write bios or manage your brand.

6. Your legal rights

This guarantee is a voluntary promise by FindMeEasy, an independent service that is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. It does not limit your statutory rights, e.g. your right of withdrawal or warranty rights.
